Join us in crafting a park where culture thrives, inclusivity blooms, and nature inspires us all.

The Town of Windsor is developing a Master Plan for Pleasant Oak Park (renamed David Smith Memorial Park). This plan will identify opportunities to expand inclusive recreation amenities, enhance natural features, and celebrate the Town’s indigenous history.
